Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 * Kerala Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 business days.

 * Rest of India: Estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 business days.

 * Standard Shipping Fee: Flat ₹50 across India (Free shipping for orders above ₹999).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photo/video proof so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
